Monday-“It’s a HIIT”

(zoom) 45 min session.

It all begins with the tone of Monday. In this 45 minute class I make you accountable for every rep and effort as we HIIT our goal for today. Set the tone for the week that lays ahead and “make it count”.

Wednesday- “Will yourself"

(zoom) 45 minute session.

The middle of the week and its time to push the limit just a little bit. keep up the pace as we slowly increase demand a bit and “will yourself” to get thru the session.

Friday- “Make it count”

Finally its Friday, now lets go find a way to finish what we started and “make it count”. The weekend lays ahead and it will be that much better getting this workout in.
